OK if it cranks, it has to have 3 things to run, spark at the right time, fuel in the correct proportion to air, and compression. Verify compression with a compression gage ( resistance to the efforts of the starter - free spin vs cranking against resistance), spark at he spark plug, and clean fuel in the carburetor and presume it doesn't have any plugged or corroded passages. Should go.
